Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business, aligning with common practices among reputable tour operators in Saudi Arabia. Please review the terms below, which vary based on the type of tour and how far in advance you cancel. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are only effective once confirmed by our team. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed promptly via the original payment method.
Cancellation by Customers
• Day Trips (Single-Day Tours): Cancellations 48 hours or more before the tour start – full refund. 24–48 hours before – 50% refund. Within 24 hours – no refund.
• Multi-Day Tours: Cancellations 50+ days before start – full refund (minus fees). 49-20 days – 50% refund. Less than 20 days – no refund. Non-refundable supplier costs (e.g., hotels, transportation) are deducted.
• Custom Tours & Tailor-Made Itineraries: Deposits may be non-refundable. Refunds depend on recoverable costs. Cancellations within two weeks of departure are non-refundable.
Cancellations or Changes by the Tour Operator
• Weather, Safety, or Force Majeure: Full refund or reschedule if canceled due to severe weather, or other events as determined by the operator.
• Minimum Group Size: If the minimum participants are not met, customers will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or reschedule option.
• Other Changes: In case of significant itinerary changes, customers can accept, reschedule, or cancel for a full refund.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up at the scheduled time and location will be considered a no-show, with no refund. No partial refunds for unused portions of a tour.
Refund Processing and Important Notes
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Processing Fees: Around 5% may be deducted to cover transaction charges.
• Currency: Refunds issued in the original payment currency; exchange rate differences may apply.
• Rescheduling: Notify at least 24 hours (day trips) or as soon as possible (multi-day tours). One free date change allowed, subject to availability.
